weighing the pros and cons

My ongoing job search has yielded only two viable options:
1. move into a double-wide trailer on the Avenue to manage the park for free rent + $1250
2. baking and cake decorating at Vons

Accept #1 at your earliest convenience! Rent + $1250.00 + work at home + a lifetime of stories?! Come on, Cicero. This is GOLD. Just ignore the ego-hauntings of living/working in a trailer park. (You remember days in Hollywoood, eh? This’ll be QUIETER. And with BETTER Mexican food…) What’s the downside?
